He held several senior leadership roles over 15 years at the Group and focussed on strategic development, commercial and operational performance and governance, aligning regional businesses with Group Board vision. He led a transformation initiative in the United States, replacing two-thirds of the executive team, including the CEO, to ensure the organisation was fit to deliver on its future-plans.
