Simon has extensive corporate and consulting experience, having advised global organisations and coached over 200 executives across industries in consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and banking. His notable clients include Siemens, MTN Communications, KLM Airlines, Investec Bank, and Storck.

As a senior Group Executive and Board Member at Le Creuset for 15 years, Simon played a key role within the executive team that led to driving unprecedented growth and significantly increasing the company's valuation over the past 15 years. 

His Blue Ocean Strategy consulting achievements include helping MTN conceptualise Africa's first mobile banking service, guiding Storck in developing a vitamin C gummy brand for families, and supporting Siemens in transforming hearing aids into fashionable, stigma-free innovations.

Simon studied Finance and holds an MBA from Stellenbosch University, South Africa. He is also a qualified Blue Ocean Strategy Practitioner, awarded by the INSEAD Blue Ocean Strategy Institute.
